2. Description of Services
PYMO provides payment processing consultation and merchant services to US-based businesses, including:
- Free processing statement analysis: A no-obligation review of your current credit card processing statement to identify potential savings
- Cost Plus processing: Interchange-plus pricing with full fee transparency
- Cash Discount program: A legal surcharge structure that offsets processing costs from card-paying customers
- Equipment: Free loaner Clover terminals and POS hardware for qualifying merchants
- Ongoing merchant support: Account management and technical support
PYMO operates in partnership with Elite Web Technology and Florida Merchant Services, a licensed Independent Sales Organization (ISO).
3. Free Analysis
The free processing statement analysis is provided at no cost and with no obligation to switch processors. By submitting your processing statement, you authorize PYMO to review its contents solely for the purpose of calculating your potential savings. We do not share your statement with third parties beyond our processing partners (as outlined in our Privacy Policy).
4. No Contract / No Lock-In
PYMO merchant accounts operate without long-term contracts. You may cancel your merchant account at any time by providing written notice to PYMO. Upon cancellation, you agree to return any loaner equipment in good working condition within 14 business days. Failure to return equipment may result in a replacement fee at current market value.
5. Equipment
Clover terminals and other POS hardware provided by PYMO are offered on a loaner basis for qualifying merchants. Equipment remains the property of PYMO or its processing partners. You are responsible for reasonable care of the equipment during the duration of your service. PYMO provides free standard installation and training for qualifying merchants.
6. Pricing and Fees
Actual processing rates, monthly fees, and savings are determined after review of your processing statement and vary based on your industry, card mix, and monthly volume. Published estimates on our website are illustrative and based on typical merchants. Final pricing is provided in your merchant agreement.
PYMO does not charge for the initial analysis. Monthly software fees apply as disclosed in your merchant agreement (starting from $29.99/month).
7. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from PYMO related to your inquiry and services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form or inquiry
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Use our website or services to process transactions for prohibited business types under card network rules
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the PYMO brand, is the property of PYMO LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Savings estimates are based on typical merchant profiles and are not guaranteed — actual savings depend on your specific processing volume and card mix.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PYMO LLC and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to PYMO in the three months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PYMO LLC, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in Florida.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
